The different shades of Valmetal create aesthetically striking decorations, enhancing its perception and tactile properties that only a precious metal can offer. When used on large surfaces or for certain details, it adds a sophisticated, elegant and contemporary touch.
Valmetal is easily applied to both smooth walls and columns, as well as wooden doors, cupboards or cupboard doors. It can be applied with a stainless steel spatula and stencil to create a smooth or embossed surface to enhance the metallic texture or even be customized to the maximum extent to obtain the desired effect.
Preparation
Valmetal can be applied to various substrates, such as concrete, plaster, fibre cement and wood (doors, cupboard and wardrobe doors), provided that the surfaces are adequately prepared and cleaned of grease, dust and old paint. It is also suitable for lime-based substrates or others exposed to, salt, humidity and any substrate that may cause oxidation and detachment. Make sure that the substrate is perfectly dry and then apply a coat of stabilizing primer FISSATIVO ACRILICO 30 G TRASPARENTE diluted 1:5 with water, using a brush, roller or paint gun. Wait 4–6 hours at 20°C and then proceed with the application of Valmetal.
