A real care for garden furniture. Syntilor’s High Protection Water-Based TEAK Oil impregnates, nourishes and protects all wood, giving it a beautiful matte natural look.

Offers maximum protection against UV rays, weather conditions and stains.

For all types of wood: exotic, European, pre-impregnated. Directly on new wood without prior aging.

Easy application without wiping, guaranteed streak-free results.

Quick drying: furniture can be reused the next day.

Easy maintenance: allows local maintenance and treatment without sanding. Natural aging without cracking.

Preparation

New Exotic Wood: Degrease with a cloth soaked in acetone.
Old untreated wood, with impregnating varnish or greyed: clean using Syntilor’s greyed wood cleaner Dégriseur Nettoyant.
Old finishes (old paints, varnishes, etc.): sand with sandpaper No. 40, 60 and then 100 or remove old substrates with Syntilor’s abrasive Décapant Gel Multi-Supports If necessary, apply a coat of a suitable wood treatment product against wood-eating insects.

PROFESSIONAL TIP: A light sanding (sandpaper No. 100), before application, on all surfaces, will open the pores and facilitate penetration.

Application

Ready to use, do not dilute
Mix well before and during use, do not dilute.
Apply a first thin coat in the direction of the wood fibers (well soak the grooves, joints and edges).
Leave to penetrate for 20 to 30 minutes.
Apply the 2nd thin coat as soon as the wood loses its “wet” appearance. Brush off any excess product to avoid drips or shine on the surface.
NO WIPING NEEDED
Surfaces can be used 12 hours after application.

Maintenance

As soon as the wood surface begins to naturally lighten from weathering and UV radiation, apply Syntilor High Protection Water-based TEAK Oil directly to the lightened areas.
In case of delayed maintenance, first clean with Syntilor Dégriseur Nettoyant, a cleaner for greyed wood.
