V55 Matt is a decorative water-repellent and antibacterial water-based enamel for interiors that is environmentally friendly, thanks to its low content of volatile organic compounds and a class A+ rating for indoor emissions according to ISO 16000-9. Its formula combines traditional mold prevention properties for walls with the innovative technological power of silver ions, which inhibit the proliferation of bacteria, making interior surfaces and rooms disinfectable and antiseptic.
Thanks to its composition, V55 Matt enamel guarantees high coverage while maintaining a low thickness. It also has antibacterial, water-repellent and ecologically sustainable characteristics, thanks to low volatile organic compounds and class A+ for indoor emissions according to ISO 16000-9. V55 Matt combines the properties of traditional anti-mold paints with the innovative technological strength of silver ions, which inhibit the proliferation of bacteria, making surfaces and indoor air antiseptic. For this reason, V55 Matt is ideal for applications in schools, kindergartens, hospitals, hostels, commercial activities such as beauty centers or hair salons and in general in public spaces. It has also received HACCP certification according to the UNI 11021: 2002 standard, meaning it is suitable for applications in all environments where food is processed, thanks to its high performance in durability, washability and hygiene.
Preparation
Application
After 6-8 hours at 20°C from the application of V55 Matt as a stabilizing primer, apply V55 Matt already tinted as a finish, but this time diluted 20 – 30% with water. Between the first and second coat wait at least 4 – 6 hours at 20°C.
