Multi-surface and ready to use, the Rénovation Cuisine & Bains – Blanchon kitchen and bathroom renovation paint decorates and renovates furniture and worktops, wall tiles, walls and wood panelling, non-ferrous metals. Its exclusive odourless formula allows for immediate application, without a base coat, without the use of abrasives, for perfect adhesion as well as high resistance to domestic use: stains, scratches, impacts and repeated washing.

Thanks to its enhanced covering power, the kitchen and bathroom renovation paint Rénovation Cuisine & Bains – Blanchon provides very good coverage and good filling power in 2 coats. The SUPER FAST drying also ensures that your project will be completed in 1 day. Modern and state-of-the-art product, it offers a wide palette of 8 highly decorative shades! With a satin look, it can be complemented with the glossy varnish Effe Laque – Blanchon or with the equivalent matte finish Effe Mat.

Preparation

On tiles inside the shower, wall tiles, waterproof plasterboard: Clean with a cloth soaked in acetone, paying more attention to the tile joints and taking care to remove all traces of mold and/or product residues. If the joints have silicone, remove it, apply a coat of paint and then repeat the painting of the joints.
On waterproof plasterboard inside the shower: Dust thoroughly.
On painted walls, reliefs, old paints…: Remove any loose or frayed parts. Repair if necessary and dust thoroughly
On furniture, surfaces with old paints, impregnation varnishes, crust varnishes, melamine, formica on exotic wood: Sand with sandpaper No. 100-120. Remove dust carefully. Clean with a cloth soaked in acetone.
On radiators: Clean with a cloth soaked in acetone.
For woods with high tannin content (oak, chestnut …) first apply a suitable primer.
Before any application, clean with a cloth soaked in acetone.

Note: Do not apply to shower trays, bathtubs, floors, washbasins, basins, non-ferrous materials.

Application

Stir well before application. Do not thin.
Mix the product before use to homogenize the color.
Apply a layer of product crosswise with a microfiber ripoline roller. Use a brush for corners and small objects.
Let dry for 2 hours. Apply a second layer in the same way.
On bare wood, lightly sand between the 1st and 2nd layers.
Take some precautions in the first days after application: no heavy use or impacts.…
Full mechanical capacity occurs after 10 days.
MAINTENANCE: Clean with a damp sponge (non-abrasive) and a mild cleaning detergent.
