Morbido Tocco Base is an interior paint, characterized by its soft porosity and guarantees excellent water vapor permeability. It has a low content of volatile organic compounds, is free of formaldehydes and added plasticizers and has an A+ rating. Its special formula makes it easy to apply with excellent coverage and high opacity. Ready to use, it dries quickly and does not require long ventilation periods before the areas where it is applied can be re-occupied.
Morbido Tocco Base is an interior paint, characterized by its soft porosity and guarantees excellent water vapor permeability. It is easily applied to new or painted walls, plasterboard or concrete surfaces and is ideal for finishing and renovating all home or office spaces. It can also be applied to surfaces decorated with SEGUI IL TUO ISTINTO to create a stable and opaque effect or to renew their color. After being protected with VETRO OPACO, it becomes completely washable, very resistant to stains, common substances and scratches. Features supported by HACCP certification.
Preparation
Proper preparation of the substrate is essential for the finish to show its properties to the fullest. It is important to eliminate any poorly anchored or dusty paint or plaster, taking care to wash or remove any mold or dust that may be present. Before applying Morbido Tocco Base, the surface must be stable, otherwise apply an insulating primer, which is particularly recommended on plasterboard walls or walls with uneven absorption.
Application
Morbido Tocco Base is ready to use. Dilute with water to 5% – 10% if necessary, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. Color it by adding the GG&f – ADDITIVO COLORANTE pigment, already mixed, in the quantity indicated in the catalogue and mixing until the color is completely uniform, taking care not to leave any uncolored product on the bottom or sides of the container.
The product is applied in two coats with the PE 15 roller. Wait 4-6 hours between coats.
Protection
To guarantee complete protection and to easily clean stains, Morbido Tocco Base needs to be coated with a layer of VETRO OPACO diluted with water at 30%. VETRO OPACO is also applied with a PE15 roller once MORBIDO TOCCO has completely dried (12 hours). For greater protection, if desired, you can apply a second layer after 4-6 hours.
