La Casa dei Sogni is a water-based decorative paint that allows you to obtain the effect of a wall that ages naturally over time. It can be applied to any surface, properly prepared.

Preparation
Old surface: remove all loose old and peeling paint and clean. Then, apply a stabilizing primer depending on the type of surface. When the primer is completely dry, apply a layer of PRIMUS SABBIA. After 4-6 hours at 20°C, proceed with the application of La Casa dei Sogni.
New surface: clean (and if necessary, fill-spatula) the surface you want to paint. Once dry, sand the surface and apply a layer of suitable primer. When the primer is completely dry, apply a layer of PRIMUS SABBIA. After 4-6 hours at 20°C, proceed with the application of La Casa dei Sogni.
Note: When the substrate is plasterboard, the surface must be spatulated in its entirety and not just at its joints and screws. It must then be primed with a suitable drywall primer and then follow the above preparation process.

Protection
With VETRO water-based varnish: Protective water-based varnish. The product is ready to use. Let the surface to be applied dry for at least 48 hours. Apply 1 or 2 coats with a brush or roller.
