Result of the new “high power” technology, the corrosive Decapant Batiment 10′ Gelifie Blanchon, represents a real alternative to chlorinated corrosives where it has nothing to do with common corrosives. Its effective and fast action (10′ minutes, in one application), was developed to facilitate application on vertical surfaces.
The Multi-Surface Etch easily strips many layers in depth and in a single application.
Low odor, it is ideal for indoor use.
Its slow evaporation gives it a long-lasting action that allows easy removal of old coatings on difficult or sensitive surfaces.
Economical, it removes twice as much surface area as a traditional etch (fast evaporation rate).

The extremely strong gel formula (neutral pH, no acid or NMP) can be used on wood without blackening it and on most ferrous metals without altering them.
