Soluzione Ossidante is a water-based Oxidation and Aging Activator for interior use. In combination with Klondike Ferro it gives the surface many different levels of real oxidation.

Preparation

After 8 hours at 20°C, on Klondike Ferro or L 50 Col 309 Copper the application continues with the application of Soluzione Ossidante – Oxidation Activator.

 

Application

  • Iron Oxidation Effect: Apply the Oxidation Activator by dabbing the surface with the natural sponge, filling approximately 60% of the surface and then work into the empty zones with the same sponge. After 3 hours at 20°C, apply the second layer (or more), depending on the desired level of oxidation.
  • Copper Oxidation Effect: Always use the natural sponge. Dab the surface with the Oxidation Activator in a percentage proportional to how much copper oxidation should remain visible at the end of the application. After 3 hours at 20°C, apply the second layer (or more), depending on the desired level of oxidation.
  • Galvanized Oxidation Effect: Apply the Oxidation Activator with vertical strokes over the entire surface. After 3 hours at 20°C apply the second coat (the third coat is optional).
