Loft Original is a modern and elegant decorative water-based paint for interior use. It can be applied to walls and floors. Thanks to its unique colors and shades, it can be used to create extremely contemporary and modern living spaces. Loft Original is a high-quality product, washable and repaintable with any other water-based paint. Its ease of use allows it to be applied to walls, floors, worktops and in difficult bathroom areas, such as shower cubicles.

Preparation

On walls, apply a coat of Primer for thick paints – PRIMAIRE AVANT PEINTURE.
On cement or tiled floors, apply a coat of Loft Primer for cement and tiled floors – LOFT PRIMAIRE & LISSAGE.
On work surfaces and wall tiles, apply a coat of Loft Primer for work surfaces and wall tiles – LOFT PRIMAIRE PLAN DE TRAVAIL.

Application

Mix well before application.
Apply a very thin and uniform layer with a spatula or the stainless steel spatula with the upper handle. Let it dry for ±4 hours.
Apply the 2nd layer with the same color, using cross movements. Without waiting for it to dry, smooth as you go with the spatula, in all directions, until you achieve a very smooth surface. Let it dry for approximately 24 hours.

TWO-COLOR: Choose the 2 Loft Original colors you wish to combine.
Apply a very thin and uniform layer of the darker color with a spatula or the stainless steel top-handle spatula. Let it dry for ±4 hours.
Apply the second layer, applying the 2 colors simultaneously, in zones ±50 cm wide. Create vertical, irregular zones, smoothing as you proceed with the spatula, so that the two colors fade into each other.Apply the light color on top of the dark color and vice versa, until you achieve the desired result. Finish by smoothing with the spatula, with large movements from top to bottom. Let it dry for approximately 24 hours.

Protection

At least 24 hours after and after applying the special LOFT PROTECTEUR MURAL MAT protector for walls, Loft Original pressed cement mortar paint will be washable.
For particularly durable protection, use Loft Protector for floors, showers and work surfaces.
