Koncrete Textured is a coarse-grained, textured plaster that stays true to the feel of the raw material while introducing a sense of refinement and luxury. Made from hydrated lime and crushed recycled marble, the textured finish adds a modern, urban edge to interiors.
Koncrete is a range of natural textured plaster finishes that mimic the look and feel of cast concrete for that modern urban feel. Koncrete Textured has a more robust visual aesthetic that combines flat and textured areas with small air holes in the surface. The surface has a slight surface sheen and tonal variation that is characteristic of cast concrete.
Armourcoat Koncrete Textured is created using the standard P01 powdered textured plaster. While typically manufactured from P01 White, Koncrete Textured can also be manufactured using P30 (Creme shade) and P66 (Stone shade) textured plasters. We will refer to these as “P01+” for short. Armourcoat P01+ is a natural mineral material consisting of hydrated lime, crushed marble and cement combined with special additives to control the working characteristics. Although essentially the same composition, the three base powders P01, P30 and P66 consist of different proportions of white, yellow, red and green crushed marble powder. This means that a range of natural stone colour finishes can be achieved without the addition of pigment.
