Valrenna 2 is a water-based decorative paint for interiors, characterized by a soft subtlety that evokes the softness of suede or horsehide. VALRENNA 2 has been developed with particular pigments and special resins that help create decorated surfaces that closely resemble the softest fabrics.

Application in 2 layers

Valrenna 2 has been developed with particular pigments and special resins that help to create decorated surfaces that closely resemble the softest fabrics. It can be applied to many types of surfaces, such as cement, plaster, gypsum, drywall, wood and iron, after appropriate treatment combined with its subtle shades and nuances, the product decorates environments with a refined and elegant touch. After completing the curing process, a transparent film is developed that provides a high level of resistance to normal wear.

Preparation

Old surfaces: remove all loose old and peeling paint and clean. Then apply a stabilizing primer depending on the type of surface. When the primer is completely dry, apply a coat of PRIMER 400 primer only on the repaired areas. After approximately 4 hours at 20°C, apply a coat of PRIMER 400 tinted and diluted 10 – 30% with water. If, however, the surfaces are clean, without damage or peeling, apply a single coat of PRIMER 400 tinted and diluted 10 – 30% with water. After 4 hours at 20°C, proceed with the application of Valrenna 2 .
New surfaces: use a filler product (suitable putty) to repair the surface. When dry, sand and apply PRIMER 400 only to the repaired areas. After approximately 4 hours at 20°C, apply a coat of PRIMER 400 tinted and diluted 10 – 30% with water. After another 4 hours at 20°C, proceed with the application of Valrenna 2.

Application

Skin Effect: apply Valrenna 2 using a wide brush (PV09) with natural bristles (not synthetic) with crisscrossing movements and small strokes moving in all directions. After applying an area of approximately 1 square meter, go over the already decorated surface with a corresponding wide brush without product, stroking Valrenna 2 with strokes in all directions, so that the Skin/Buckskin effect appears better. After approximately 5-6 hours at 20°C, apply the second coat of Valrenna 2, using the same procedure as described above.
