The professional lightweight ready-to-use Universal Facade putty is the ideal product for filling and finishing exterior surfaces. It fills holes and cracks up to 5 mm. It can also be used directly in interior use on tiles and ceramics in wet areas such as bathrooms or kitchens. It is very resistant to water and humidity.

The professional lightweight ready-to-use Universal Facade putty is the ideal product for the renovation of painted exterior walls as well as their filling and finishing. It has excellent adhesion even to non-absorbent substrates, such as tiles, glossy ceramics, painted facades, etc. It is very resistant to water and humidity as well as to the growth of mold and microorganisms.

Preparation

Universal Facade professional lightweight ready-to-use putty is applied to dry substrates.
The substrate must be cohesive, stable and free from dust, grease, wax or any other substance that prevents the proper adhesion of the putty. Remove loose or poorly adhered parts of plaster, mortar, old paint layers, etc. Apply DELTAFIX or another stabilizing primer to stabilize weak and chalky substrates. If necessary, treat absorbent substrates with FIXACRYL or another stabilizing primer to reduce surface absorption.
All areas contaminated with mold and/or moss must be thoroughly cleaned and then treated with FUNGISTOP or another antifungal agent.
Protect metal parts with Beissier CHAMELEON or another anti-corrosion primer.
Fill deep holes and larger gaps with AGUAPLAST SUPER REPAIR. Repair and seal dynamic cracks with AGUAPLAST FIBRA or FLEX FILL.
In general, substrates must be treated and prepared in accordance with local standards. If in doubt, it is highly recommended to carry out a test application on a small area to determine suitability, compatibility and application conditions.
The use of alkali-resistant mesh is indicated for the reinforcement of specific points such as structural joints, joints between materials of different nature, window frames, lintels, etc.

Application

Ready-to-use putty paste.
Applied using a stainless steel trowel, spatula or blade. Can be sprayed with an Airless machine (minimum delivery volume 5 l/min – nozzle up to 5.31). No filter required for application. Follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning.
Clean tools with water immediately after use.
When working indoors, allow ventilation to ensure proper drying.
Can be overcoated with any type of paint, topcoat, wallpaper, etc.
Decorative finishes can be applied once the surface is dry.
