You can get the finishes Pietra Spaccata, Pietra Levigata, Pietra Vissuta, Pietra Intagliata, Cemento Naturale, Pietra Zen, Bamboo and Pietra Contemporanea. It must be finished and protected with Cera d’Api wax consisting of beeswax or Gioia which is an acrylic finish. Segui il tuo ISTINTO is a coating based on lime, marble powders of different sizes and natural minerals. Easy to apply, it has excellent filling power and has natural resistance to attack by mold and bacteria. Absolutely stable over time, it keeps the breathability of the substrate unchanged due to its high permeability to water vapor. It is applied in just one layer.
Preparation
Old surface. Remove all loose old and peeling paint and clean. Then apply a stabilizing primer depending on the type of surface. When the primer is completely dry, apply a coat of PRIMUS NATURALE diluted up to 10% with water. After 4-6 hours at 20°C proceed with the application of ISTINTO.
New surface. Clean (and if necessary, fill in) the surface you want to paint. Once dry, sand the surface and apply a coat of suitable primer. When the primer is completely dry, apply a coat of PRIMUS NATURALE diluted up to 10% with water. After 4-6 hours at 20°C proceed with the application of ISTINTO.
Note: When the substrate is plasterboard, the surface must be completely smoothed, not just the joints and screws. It must then be primed with a suitable plasterboard filler and then the above preparation procedure must be followed.

Protection
2 – 3 days later and in order to increase the resistance and washability of the surface, apply the protective natural wax Cera d’Api.
With VETRO water varnish: Protective water varnish. The product is ready to use. Let the surface to be applied dry for at least 48 hours. Apply 1 or 2 coats with a brush or roller. VETRO must also be applied over tiles.
