The ecological, organic adhesion promoter Promotore di Adesione ADP is designed to improve the adhesion of one and two-component resin systems on non-absorbent support surfaces. It is also used to dilute the first layer PRIMER AZ + CT10 when applying the latter on cement and concrete slabs or plasterboards.

INFORMATION

The ecological, organic adhesion promoter Promotore di Adesione ADP is designed to improve the adhesion of one and two-component resin systems on non-absorbent support surfaces. It is also used to dilute the first layer PRIMER AZ + CT10 when applying the latter on cement and concrete slabs or plasterboards.

 

Preparation and Application

Ready to use for application on tiles.

For applications on cement slabs and concrete slabs or plasterboard, PROMOTORE DI ADESIONE ADP is used to dilute the first layer of PRIMER AZ + CT10.

  • a) Tiles: Grind the tiles made of ceramic, porcelain or similar materials with diamond discs to remove their shine. Then, completely remove all dust with a suitable vacuum cleaner. Then, apply PROMOTORE DI ADESIONE ADP by spraying it on the entire surface. Then, wipe with a cloth soaked in the same product, PROMOTORE DI ADESIONE ADP, while both the cloth and the surface are wet, to spread the product evenly and facilitate greater penetration.
  • b) Cement and concrete slabs: when applied to cement and concrete surfaces, it is essential that they have a tensile strength > 1.5 Mpa certified according to ASTM D, and a compressive strength > 25 N/mm2 according to EN 13892-2. Apply a coat of PRIMER AZ + CT10, diluted with 30% PROMOTORE DI ADESIONE ADP, using a medium-pile roller. After 24 hours at 20°C, apply a second coat of PRIMER AZ + CT10 without dilution.
  • c) Plasterboard: it is important that the plasterboard is of excellent quality, new or almost new. Apply a coat of PRIMER AZ + CT10, diluted with 30% PROMOTORE DI ADESIONE ADP, using a medium-pile roller. After 24 hours at 20°C, apply a second coat of PRIMER AZ + CT10 without dilution.
