Make Transparent Resin is an ideal product as a transparent acrylic finish, suitable both for application as a thin layer against dust on new, rough or untreated concrete floors, and as a transparent protection on existing colored surfaces, improving strength and durability in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Make Transparent Resin is an ideal product as a transparent acrylic finish, suitable both for application as a thin layer against dust on new, rough or untreated concrete floors, and as a transparent protection on existing colored surfaces, improving the strength and durability both in interior and exterior environments. Its use in combination with Fleur Flakes and MAKE interior Design Epoxy paint offers very resistant, hard and very decorative surfaces. Available in 3 finishes, Glossy, Satin and Matt.
Preparation
Catalysis Preparation: To properly mix the product with the catalyst, follow these instructions: pour the catalyst (Component B) into the base (Component A) and mix with an electric mixer at 300-400 rpm. Avoid partial mixing and do not use water to wash the catalyst container. After catalysis, dilute with water and apply. Failure to comply with these instructions may cause uneven finishes and uneven gloss. Ratio of Component A : Component B = 5:1
Application
Apply with a short pile roller.
Pot life of the mixture: 90 minutes
MAKE interior Design Epoxy Paint System + Fleur Flakes
Step 1b: Apply 2 coats of MAKE interior Design resin in the shade of your choice, on perfectly clean surfaces. Available in 7 shades. Coverage per coat per 750ml package: approximately 8 m2 per coat.
Step 1B: Apply the Fleur Flakes evenly within 2 minutes on the paint in the 2nd coat while it is still wet. Ideal for indoor and outdoor furniture, kitchen surfaces and tables, floors, garages, etc. Available in 8 shades – Packaging: 200gr. Coverage: approximately 200 gr/2-4 m2 according to the desired aesthetic result.
Step 2: Wait 24 hours after applying the Flakes flakes and then sand with sandpaper grit 120-180 to make the surface flat. Vacuum and clean to remove excess flakes before applying one of the MAKE CLEAR RESIN protective clear resins.
Step 3: Apply 2 coats of MAKE Clear Resin. Allow each coat to dry for 6 hours. MAKE Clear Resin is available in satin, matte and gloss finishes. Coverage per container 0,75L – 10m2.
